C² DL Team will provide the Army with innovative and industry best practices around analyzing, designing, developing, and deploying education and training solutions to Soldiers today, that will increase their knowledge to adapt to the continuing changes on the battlefield.  We will perform as industry leaders in training and distributed learning for all Army, Reserve Components, and Agencies desiring training solutions to ensure the Army receives “right place, at the right time, just-in-time” training for its soldiers.  Specifically, the team will:

• March in step with the Army’s training requirements and vision for the future while applying best practices to develop and implement innovative training solutions
  
  
• Continue contributing as a member of the Army Training team to ensure we provide quality materials to train critical individual or collective tasks associated with operations and maintenance of new, improved, or cascading materiel systems, including new equipment training
  
  
• Partner with the Army, Reserve Components, and other Army Agencies desiring training solutions to ensure needs are anticipated and expectations exceeded
  
  
• Get education and training products to the solider NOW by generating learning content rapidly, efficiently, and free from defect
