This site intends to introduce our team, provide our mission, demonstrate our world-renowned capabilities, offer best practice solutions and supply information on how to use the contract vehicle.

Our “Dream” team; Camber Corporation, SAIC, ManTech International, EAI Corporation, East Carolina University, and VMASC, is the best in the business and knows Army training. We have collectively completed over 28,000 hours of Army Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) in dL products and services. Our team has participated in the growth of Army training through Warfighter XXI, Warrior XXI, Distributed Learning (DL) XXI, supported the development of the technical architecture for training (ATIA-M) through P/TAS, provided testing and implementation processes for Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) to develop courseware hand-in-hand with the adoption of learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS).

The C² DL Team has been adapting flexibly as an integral part of the Army training that is transforming the battlefield. We helped to lay the groundwork and develop the embedded training for the Future Combat Systems (FCS), and we are supporting the establishment of the Army’s Training Support System (TSS). C² DL Team is your team of choice and is the one to move Army education and training closer to the soldier, overcoming any adversity caused by distance or complexity of material.
